This course has been recognized by the Labour and Employment department of the Government of Gujarat. It provides an opportunity for MBBS Doctors to train in identifying and managing occupational health disorders/occupational diseases encountered in various industries of the country. i.e. industrial injuries caused at the workplace. It also enables Doctors to advise, supervise and participate in national occupational health programs for health protection and industrial workers improving national productivity and national prosperity. The course has become mandatory for Doctors who want to associate themselves with various industries and factories.
